Use local path, or git repo as crate source

Hello,
for testing purposes I try to use actix-multipart from a local path or git repository. In my Cargo.toml I have try:

actix-multipart = { path = "../../actix-web/actix-multipart" }

But also:

actix-multipart = { git = "https://github.com/actix/actix-web" }

In both situation I get errors like:
