skip_lines not working for csv_parser #139
Description
I am trying to skip few lines of csv file but not get skipped even though I have defined skip_lines in source.
I also verified it never calls ETL.Parser.CsvParser.each method.
Can anybody please help me to resolve this bug? I would appreciate your help.
