I need assistance with determining the necessary permissions to successfully deploy and manage gha-runner-scale-set-controller and gha-runner-scale-set on an AKS cluster.

Context

Current Access: I am not an AKS cluster admin and do not have the contributor role.
Granted Permissions: I have been provided with some customized permissions using Azure roles to install gha-runner-scale-set-controller and gha-runner-scale-set in a specific namespace. However, my access is restricted solely to specific namespace.

Issue

I have customizing the following gha-runner-scale-set-controller and gha-runner-scale-set YAML files for deploying gha-runner-scale-set-controller and gha-runner-scale-set. I am requesting assistance to determine the specific permissions, roles, or access my AKS cluster admin should grant me to deploy and manage these components successfully.
