Hey @jhnc You're right, this has been started as an online client for OGS and then I just added the AI option as an afterthought. I should have made the OGS login optional, but at this point is not trivial and I ran out of time for this project. As a workaround, you can create an account with a fake email (I think OGS doesn't verify it) if you're concerned about privacy. OGS is a legitimate server though so you could also just create an account there. Playing against bots is usually better as the offline AI is a bit too strong for beginners (and can't be toned down). |
