Default cover image for events

During board meeting today Matthew noted that one blocker for getting events up on Discord earlier is waiting on graphics, but the website currently requires a cover image for events. 

Since event covers can be edited later, maybe the front end can prefill the event cover with an auto generated graphic when creating an event
