Account Creation Missing Required Fields and Incorrect Auto-Generated Account Number

When creating a new account, not all the required fields are being processed correctly. Additionally, the system is asking the user to write the account number and it is also taking negative number, which should not happen. It should display all the details for the user at the end of the creation.
