Upload Images directly to groot/acm-uiuc

Could we have a meme assets folder or something similar, I have the meme submissions from HackIllinois, but I don't want to upload each one of them to imgur and link them.

Maybe a better solution is supporting imgur albums.

I think it would be better if we didn't have an assets folder, but rather a way from the UI to upload and generate an imgur link. It would still function as an image upload, but still generate a url for that image.

I think we'd rather not have to implement a way to send / store an image. Having a link makes much more sense.

One of the issues is titles for images, perhaps making that optional could help

Don't think we can afford to store all the images, so sameets idea of creating an interface may help or just being able to parse an Imgur album URL

Blocked on https://github.com/acm-uiuc/arbor/issues/11. The service supports imgur uploads in #13, but the UI won't be possible until arbor supports multipart form data.

Does arbor not support multi part data? I thought we use it for resume upload?

I think the resume upload sends a b64 encoded string. I guess that could be done here too, but multipart form uploads are a lot cleaner.
