Installing Loris

This page provides OS-specific links for installation of the basic LORIS codebase.

Important: After completing this installation, please continue following the Setup Guide
for configuration, behavioural and imaging setup, and more.

• Imaging: Installation of the Loris-MRI insertion pipeline is covered under imaging setup.

Tested on Ubuntu 16.04, LORIS 21 :

For older versions of Ubuntu, we recommend adapting the 16.04 installation instructions.

CentOS

Mac OS X

Mac OS X is no longer supported as of LORIS 15.10. You may do the following for Mac OS X:

• View Ubuntu 16.04 instructions and adapt for Max OS X (recommended)
• View the older instructions for Mac OS X and adapt it for newer releases
