Welcome to the Loris-MRI wiki!

This repository contains MRI and Imaging-related tools and utilities for the LORIS neuroimaging database, including image pre-processing, and pipeline infrastructure for loading data into an instance of LORIS.

Note this repository depends on the dicom-archive-tools repository, which is installed during the Imaging installation process.
