delete_imaging_upload.pl with -defaced getting stuck

I ran the following command:

perl delete_imaging_upload.pl -profile prod -backup_path /data/backups/backup_test_1 -uploadID 78 -extra_mysqlcnf mysql_extra -defaced

The script ran for 20 minutes without completing. It got stuck after this outpout:
