@cmadjar not sure if there are issues or I just do not know how to use them:

1. -labels: use alone = prints an empty line. I tried to use it with with other parameters or even random string but it still prints an empty line before the rest. Not sure if this is intended.
2. -attvalue: what value do we need? The script says it requires two arguments.
3. -stdin: not sure how to use it, and, more generally as the main goal of the script is to print (meta)data from files, is this option even used?

perl get_dicom_info.pl -error_string "NOPE" -stdin < ~/DCC090_587630_V2/SC.X.1.2.276.0.7230010.3.1.4.0.59.1217628944.2263.dcm # prints help

perl get_dicom_info.pl -error_string "NOPE" -stdin
