I am MAMATHA, an MCA(masters in computer applications) final-year student interested in contributing to the Accord Project as part of GSoC 2025. I have experience in Python, JavaScript, and web development. Are these skills sufficient, or do I need to learn anything else to contribute effectively?

Also, I have a few questions:

1. Where can we find the GSoC ideas list for the Accord Project?
2. What are the best platforms to discuss doubts and interact with contributors?
3. How can we connect with mentors and the community early before GSoC starts?
4. Any guidelines for setting up the codebase?
