DGL and CUDA support #66

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your research and code! I noticed that the repository currently includes the DGL implementation but the code snippet only shows the HGT model, I couldn’t find an implementation for the HGT sampler and HGT loader.
I am wondering if there is any DGL support planned or available for the custom sampler, particularly one that integrates well with DGL's framework. Additionally, I am interested to know if there is a version of the code that supports GPU-based sampling, as this would significantly benefit my use case in terms of efficiency.
