Konsole is not being detected

I ran ww -f org.kde.konsole -c konsole and this starts a new terminal everytime, even though I am running this command from konsole itself. I got org.kde.konsole via qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin queryWindowInfo and also tried ww -f konsole -c konsole, that also launches a new konsole. ww -fa konsole -c konsole does raise the existing konsole window but when none is open, it does not start a new one, it for some reason always detects a running konsole instance

Upon further investigation, the code simply never runs the command when -fa is specified, right? So these are actually two issues:

1. Konsole not being detected by -f org.kde.konsole
2. Not running the alternate command when -fa doesn't find a match
