TalkMap not updating

I followed the instructions for setting up the talkmap, but when I look at talkmap_out.ipynb, there is an error halting the notebook at the first chunk.

What operating system are you using?

I'm on windows. I have Jupyter Notebooks installed locally already on my laptop as I use them myself.

@victorialindsaymcgee Native Windows or are you also using Windows Subsystem for Linux? The error suggests a missing dependency from the system.

This line is weird since it would suggest that it's not being run from within a notebook:

Have you tried running the command that it mentioned?

If I run in Command Prompt I get:

So I have asked conda to install ipyleaflet in case that was the issue. When I run now in Anaconda Prompt I get:

@victorialindsaymcgee I'll see if I can reproduce the error this weekend, but it might be worth getting a second set of eyes on the problem since this might be some sort of odd configuration issue.

@victorialindsaymcgee No worries! As it is I've been thinking about rewriting this part of the template to remove some dependencies, so this is something I'll be keeping in mind when I do that.
