Product Pricing API samples not Working

There seems to be some problem in running any of the samples related to Product pricing API, i have tried Several methods, but for each it shows assambly References are missing or something Equivalent. i have also pasted the referances i have used in my code below. can someone let me know what i am doing wrong? i have already used order API and Feed API Successfully and found it very useful. since i have been able to use the other two without any problem i am very surprise why product Pricing API is not working in the same way.
