GET_FLAT_FILE_ALL_ORDERS_DATA_BY_ORDER_DATE_GENERAL (Cannot submit)

Greetings,

I do not have success with one report (GET_FLAT_FILE_ALL_ORDERS_DATA_BY_ORDER_DATE_GENERAL) that has a startdate / enddate. I hardcoded the date to be as in the example provided, but still it does not submit. Here is the code used for the date:

parameters.dataStartTime = DateTime.UtcNow.AddDays(-30); parameters.dataEndTime = DateTime.UtcNow.AddDays(-1);

Since the above has time, I also truncated the time to try that, but it did not work either.

parameters.dataStartTime = DateTime.UtcNow.Date.AddDays(-30); parameters.dataEndTime = DateTime.UtcNow.Date.AddDays(-1);

As mentioned in the Title, the report that I cannot get to submit is:

• GET_FLAT_FILE_ALL_ORDERS_DATA_BY_ORDER_DATE_GENERAL

I do not get any errors. In fact, I return a report ID to look for, but when looking in SellerCentral, there is no evidence of the report being submitted. The program continues to check for a report ID to download, but it loops endlessly (since no report has been submitted).

Now, with that said, I did SUCCESSFULLY submit the below report that has a startdate and an enddate--it worked fine:

• GET_FBA_FULFILLMENT_REMOVAL_ORDER_DETAIL_DATA

Has anyone else experienced this?

My fault--Sorry for posting this... the subject report is PII and therefore, will not work the way I am submitting it. If anyone has success submitting a report containing PII, I would much appreciate it. Thank you.
