   The error handling for Magistrala has become very complex, and there are a lot of repeated errors, so it needs to be made simpler and more readable.
   Related issues: Set correct log level depending on error #2059, Feature: API Error Handling #1964, Bug: Log doesn't have full errors, instead it returns limited error information #2260, Improve error handling in Provision tools #1683.
