Prototype a file detection detail view for ScanCode.io

The goal of this project is to prototype a new view to scancode.io. This new will used to look at scancode-toolkit detection data at the file level. We need a clear and concise way to view the various licenses, copyrights, urls and other detection details, as well as a novel way to view the exact license text that was detected for a given file.

This project would be for a student who has a interest on the front-end, preferably someone with JavaScript experience.
