I was fascinated with the VulnerableCode project ideas .

VulnerableCode: Process unstructured data sources for vulnerabilities (Category A)

I want to work on the particular stuff so need a detailed discussion of the Code Vulnerability. It could be more generous if you provide a link or detail pdf link for the same about the workflow that will be grateful from your side.

Hi I am Nakul Narang from Shri Ram group of institutions currently pursuing my B.tech in CSE with AT&DS(2nd year).
I want to propose an idea of making web vulnerability scanner.
Working:-

1. User paste url.
2. Then it scans for known vulnerability in website .
3. It checks for SSL certificate expiry date.
4. Display the message when it is safe "Safe" otherwise "Not safe".
