Add option to prefix scaffold/contig names #1518

Sometimes when I run a bunch of large assemblies and concatenate the results I will get contigs with the same names from different samples. I've added a prefix modifier in https://github.com/jolespin/veba but this gets complicated with the assembly graph if I want to use that later on.

Incorporate an optional prefix early on so the assembly graph can be 1-to-1 with the assembly fasta

Post hoc for the assembly
