hod uses hardcoded subsample files with seed #182
Description
the abacushod loads hardcoded sub sample files, where the filenames contain hard coded random seeds used during the subsample. we should have that as an optional input variable. Note that we dont want it to just use the reseed in the run_hod input as that seed does soemthing else.
