Command-line switches for IP address, password

Right now the inverter ip address and password are built into the code. It would be more civilized to provide the ip address, at least, on the command line, perhaps falling back on the built-in default. The password requires more thought - if it's provided on the command line, it can show up in command-line history and process viewers, etc.
