Vulnerable in mongodb v2

To fix this vulnerable is we have to upgrade the mongodb library from version 2 to 3.

But I can not make this up because too many break changes which is could lead this project broken.

Moreover I'm not familiar with this native mongodb library.

So any discussion, help or PR will be apreciated.
