Just a minor point but attention to detail is important especially in making a proposal.
Figures Set 2: All Spectrograms, organized by Drum Type (Pitch over Time)
Your graphs are missing the vertical axis title. I guess it is likely pitch but cutting it off is a bit sloppy.
