Bug Report: Step Content Not Saved When Editing a Test Case

Problem Description
When editing a Test Case and adding a new Step, in some cases the content of the new step is not saved correctly after clicking the "Update Test Case" button. The Step appears empty when the test case is reloaded.

1. The first image shows how a new step is added and content is entered while editing the test case.

2. The second image shows that, after updating the test case, the new step appears empty.
