Option to set “Chat generation settings” (like template, top k, top p, min p) in models settings

Because many models have this settings different, like Gemma 3 and Qwen 3, their settings are different and I can change it only in chat interface, so each time I change the model, I need to change all these settings again.

If this will be available in model settings, I can save this specific settings for each model separately and later seamlessly change the models without set generation settings every time.
