Adding GPU and NPU support

I would like to suggest you add support for GPU and NPU. For example Snapdragon GPUs Adreno and NPU Hexagon are very suitable. Since both of these have been in Qualcomm processors for a long time, it would be a good idea to add support for them. Especially in the latest versions of processes they have become quite powerful which can significantly increase the speed of SLMs. Maybe and MediaTek and Exinus.
