Going forward

Batch feature generation now generally runs smoothly on Expanse. There is an occasional flaky issue while looping where a batch of light curves fails to get passed into periodfind, causing that quadrant's run to fail. As our current Expanse allocation nears completion (both in duration and usage), we will continue debugging issues like these and generating features for more quadrants.
