General announcements

• Feature generation is now tested by scope.py test. The changes we made to the GitHub Actions workflows to enable this testing (specifically for secure Kowalski token access) will also support other tests involving Kowalski. Going forward

The process of adding features to be produced by generate_features.py will be complete after merging #262 and incorporating dmdt into the feature generation script. Slurm scripts can now be generated, and the code will be tested and run on ACCESS this week.
