Add more /search and /scan parameters

Could more parameters be added, such as whether the player is in God, in a specific world?

Then, with the scan, could a /scan ITEM replace hand be added to replace items found with a name with the one in our hand or something similar? It could also be possible to open a menu to perform the replacement, like /scan replace, and open a menu with the item to be replaced and what it's being replaced with.
