add --ignore to search and scan

It would be nice to add the --ignore parameter to declare if we want to search for an item we have in our hand and we want to exclude durability, lore, name, enchantments, etc.

As mentioned in https://www.zrips.net/cmi/extra/search/ when using item from hand you can define by what type of data you want to search, this is more of a what you want to include instead of what you want to exclude. So for example /cmi search hand material name would use item from your hand and check only by its name and material
