Permissions-Based Custom Death Messages

Some players on my server have expressed interest in having custom death messages specific to them, and I have found other plugins which can achieve this, but CMI's formatting options are superior to the others. The config could look something like this:

  Suffocation:
  - '%player% was squished to death'
  - PERMISSION[deathmessages.premium]%player% was mashed up pretty good.
