Move /getbook to "Item creation with one liner" #9232

Theres currently a few issues with /getbook

You cant set the books custom name
You cant set the books custom lore
You cant set Custom Model Data

All of this can be done with https://www.zrips.net/cmi/commands/icwol/ and it would be great to make this system allow getting book data from /ctext.
