customrecipe anvil, off UUID

Hello, in the custom recipes (customrecipe), there is currently no option to create a recipe for the anvil. I would appreciate it if you could add such a feature.

It would also be great to add a function to disable UUID checks, so that custom items can be crafted without relying on different UUIDs.
