Voteparty [VERY IMPORTANT]

Alright alright, so here's my voice-out about the Vote handler, its perfect and its easy to edit but yet again it lacks a feature that most server has. "Voteparty" this is really needed and if you add this onto your plug-in might just well delete VotingPlugin and use CMI Vote Handler, sorry for the disturbance.

(EDIT): Actually some people had already suggested this before and now i'm one of them.
