Spaces & comas support in MoneyFormat

Description of feature/improvement request:
The french format for large numbers uses spaces to separate thousands, and comas to seperate decimals.

Spaces and in MoneyFormat and comas are currently unavailable :

MoneyFormat: '### ###,00'

When replacing coma by a dot, the result is less fucked up, but still the spaces aren't shown

MoneyFormat: '### ###.00'

That's a little request but if it's not so hard to code, then it would be greatly appreciated ! 😄
