Repair integration with Oraxen

Description of feature/improvement request:

Oraxen is a plugin that makes adding custom textures to your server very easy, however because it has the ability to alter durability, any items generated by it dont take to CMI's /repair, visually it repairs it, but once used again the durability reverts. Now Oraxen has a built in Repair mechanic, and the plugin dev offered to add a plugin specific command to repair items, but CMIs repair module has a lot to offer I dont want to give up.

Detailed explanation of what it should do, when and in what situation:

Use Oraxen API to hook CMI and allow CMIs /repair command to function correctly.

Basic explanation as to why this feature is needed and/or useful to have:

I love how customizable CMIs repair module is, and I feel this addition would improve CMIs repair function.
