Scavange/salvage TokenEnchant integration

Description of feature/improvement request:

Add Tokenenchant integration to scavange/salvage.

Detailed explanation of what it should do, when and in what situation:

Currently salvage/scavenge only supports the salvaging of vanilla minecraft enchants. Adding the integration with Tokenenchant would allow A LOT of servers to use this feature for their custom enchants as well. Calculations could remain exactly as is.

Basic explanation as to why this feature is needed and/or useful to have:

A lot of servers use tokenenchant as their preffered custom enchant plugin. If this were to be added that's another not so useful feature right now that would be extremely useful for servers like mine.
