CMI Offline Player Support For Placeholders

Offline Player Placeholder Support.
As of PlaceholderAPI version 2.9.0, offline player placeholders can now be used. I have talked with "Clip" the developer and owner of PlaceholderAPi and he told me to contact CMI Support. I would like to request that you add offline player support for all cmi placeholders.
