Shooting tipped arrows

Can you add option to shoot tipped arrows with /Shoot command?

Detailed explanation of what it should do, when and in what situation:

Shoot all types of tipped arrows with /Shoot command

Basic explanation as to why this feature is needed and/or useful to have:

Coz why not. There is option to shoot other types of projectiles so why not tipped arrows. I am trying to make custom items and now I created "Blowpipe". I attached 2 commands on bamboo item with some cooldown. It shoots arrow and play sound of llama spit :D It will be greate if I could shoot poison arrows from it.
