SilkSpawners Drop Chance & ChatColor, More!

Description of feature/improvement request:

1. Add drop chances to SilkSpawners. As most of the SilkSpawners plugins have that, quite useful, example:

When player breaks a spawner and the drop chance is 50%, then its 50% chance that the spawner will drop.

2. Add support to somekind of stacking plugin (example WildStacker) to be sure spawner stacking and that plugin will be compatible together.

3. Add support for ChatColor plugins or make something similiar to CMI, example a GUI where player can choose his chatcolor and then it will change the color of the text to the color player selected. Right now, I use a plugin and it doesn't show the color in the chat, tried Essentials and Essentials did work. But maybe its just me.
