World settings in different config

Description of feature/improvement request:

It would be nice if world specific settings could be in a different configuration. Sometimes when I make a change in config.yml and I need to copy it to other servers on the network, the config breaks due to the world names which are different or don't exit.

For example ''world.yml''

[Sikatsu]

Perhaps it would be nice to add any settings that could be different per server to a seperate configuration file.
