[Request] improve kits with some new features

Description of feature/improvement request:
just some new features that i think would be nice

Detailed explanation of what it should do, when and in what situation:

in /cmi kiteditor in the kit settings add a new page/option for each kit to completely delete the current items player has and replace them with the items in the kit (preferably in the same slots) or when adding commands to kits add the ability to run commands prior to giving items from the kit to player (so i can do /clear {PLAYER}) and also add the option to edit players max health and movement speed attributes on kit selection (kingkits has that feature)

Ever since i updated my server to 1.14 i havent been able to find a new kits plugin that has all the features that i had before
