Color slider thumbs

The idea is to color the slider thumbs dynamically to show what they're contributing to the color.

HSL:

• H: this would be the fully saturated color around the color wheel 0-360 degrees
• S: this would go from gray to the fully saturated hue
• L: this would go from black to white

RGB:

• R: either just fully saturated red or maybe black/white/transparent to red
• G: either just fully saturated green or maybe black/white/transparent to green
• R: either just fully saturated blue or maybe black/white/transparent to blue

• Chrome: ::-webkit-slider-thumb
