Filter with very simple rule is not returning any results

• Zoneminder v1.36.35
• Official PPA from Isaac Connor (https://launchpad.net/~iconnor)
• OpenMandriva LX "ROME" edition
• Vivaldi 7.5.3735.64

This issue does not concern a camera.

Describe the bug
No combination of filters produce any results, even really obvious and simple ones.
I have reduced the filter criteria to simply "Storage Area equal to Default", 5 results.
Upload matches, Run filter in background, and Move matches to "Uploads" are the only enabled options.
"List matches" produces no results even when many Events are located in the "Default" storage area.
When I press "view matches" I receive a Fatal error indicating an array is missing a key named "attr." I will search for (or open) a separate issue about that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'filters'
2. Add a new filter where "Storage Area equals to Default." I have produced this error with Results set to 0 or any other number.
3. Record several events or begin reproducing with Events already present in "Default."
4. View results - an empty set.

Expected behavior
I would expect to see a list of all Events which are located in "Default." Viewing the Events individually indicates they are indeed located in the Default storage area.
