Todo: initial scale on montage/watch etc.

Initial image load doesn't specify scale (unless a specific scale is chosen). If the stream is high res it can take forever to generate the first and subsequent images until we figure out the best scale.

We now have window size available to php, so we should be able to choose a decent inital scale.
