Hi! I wonder if there is a feasible way (not just possible) to create more optimized implementations of the cache. Considering a scenario like a Redis cache, it could theoretically remove the need for secondary expiry checks (remove by tag), since the Redis cache could perform such removal and/or expiry checking either during retrieval or when executing RemoveByTag.
