Add a tracking service

A tracking service that can pull watchlist from something like simkl would be a good addition. You could promt the user if they want a local watchlist or a synced one. I don't care if it doesn't auto-track but it should be easy for me to update the list. :)

SIMKL does have various ID's connected like IMDB, MAL, Anilist, TMDB, TVDB, etc. And the Dev support team are also very active and friendly on Discord server.

Maybe in future, I intend to prioritize addressing several key features and issues that need to be worked on first.
