the subtitles become like yoda, the start of the sentence is in the bottom and the next is on top

Hi, I cannot select my vtt file that I downloaded from my downloaded video for subtitle. It opens up Google drive for me and I go to my vtt file, but it's grayed out.

Yes it's in there under Download/vega for sure. The extension is vtt. I downloaded it from vega. But when I opened my downloaded video and click subtitles -> add from external file, I can see my vtt files but they are grayed out and not selectable.
